The City of Chicago wants the judge to force the FBI to submit the Bureau’s investigation records. Jussie Smollett Case – in particular his claim was the target of racist and homophobic threats prior to the infamous alleged attack.
According to new data obtained by TMZ, the City wants to know what the FBI dug up regarding a letter sent to Fox Studios in Chicago on January 22, 2019 – a week before Jussie’s claims were attacked. The letter contained an “unknown substance” and contained “racist and homophobic notions and slurs” … according to Jucy.
The city is also under FBI. No one wants the same record of “attacks” … according to Docx. Basically, Chi-Town officials want to know if the FBI has found any evidence of juicy faking. Threatening letter Or its “attack.”
Interestingly, Dox shows that the information obtained as part of the ongoing criminal investigation will be disclosed rather than any material requested by the FBI to the city.
The bottom line is … the FBI is currently refusing to release the results of its investigation because it has not closed the case yet.

Correspondence between the City and the FBI is part of a civil lawsuit filed by Chicago alleging that Jussie was assaulted. The goal is to force him to pay the price for his investigation – and that is different from the new criminal charges filed by the special prosecutor.
