If there were a contest for famous baby names, singer Ciara would almost certainly ‘win’.
The star announced Friday that she gave birth to her baby, named Win Harrison Wilson, while posing with her NFL star husband Russell Wilson from her hospital bed.
Ciara, 34, revealed that she welcomed her son on Thursday, captioning the post to her 25.8 million followers: ‘Happy birthday WIN! Mommy and Daddy I love you Win Harrison Wilson 7.23.2020 8lbs 1 oz. ‘

The now-mother of three also shared an intimate snap with her newborn from the hospital, where she wore a face mask for safety amid the coronavirus.
Ciara has two other children, three-year-old Sienna Princess Wilson and six-year-old Future Zahir Wilburn, who she shares with rapper Future.
Both Russell and Ciara have taken the COVID-19 threat very seriously, and the NFL star recently tweeted his ‘concerns’ about Ciara’s pregnancy. Russell tweeted, ‘My wife is pregnant … and there is still no clear plan on player health and family safety.’
Recently, in an interview with British Vogue, Ciara explained that she felt she had to be “very careful” to get pregnant during the pandemic.

She shared how difficult it had been to have an ultrasound in the hospital alone and without her husband.
“We women carry the baby, but for my husband, being in the room and listening to the heart rate in real time is one of his ways to connect,” she said. “For him, not being part of it was a symbol of this period in which we are living.”
Ciara and Wilson celebrated their fourth wedding anniversary on July 6.
