There are many areas of parenting that are generally challenging. Getting our kids to eat healthy is one of them. The only way to get through it is to try everything at our disposal, even if that means some creative thinking. Chrissy Teigen recently shared how she can get her kids to eat when they don’t want to and it’s pretty inventive.
The model, author of the cookbook and pregnant mother of two has always been good about sharing hacks she discovers makes her life easier. Their last share may be a bit dubious, if you are strict for your reason not to lie for some reason, but it’s mostly hilarious.

Chrissy uses the power of Disney / Pixar and her super cute characters to encourage her 2-year-old son to eat his food.
It’s a trick that works, too. Not only for Chrissy, but other parents took to Twitter to share that they found this hack very useful as well.

Another aunt shared her secrets to getting her cousin fruit that was frozen. She used the powers of Elsa of Frozen in her hack. Sy wrote, “Did my cousin get frozen blueberries because they’re obviously ‘Elsa Berries’ who freeze blueberries differently than Elsa? It’s been 4 years since he’s a big boy now and we still call them ‘Elsa Berries’ ”
