The data shows that the per capita net income of poverty-stricken households across the country has risen from 3,416 yuan in 2015 to 9,808 yuan in 2019, an average annual increase of 30.2%. All qualified organic villages in poverty stricken areas have access to hardened roads. Every village has village clinics and doctors. The operating conditions of 108,000 schools with poor compulsory education have been improved and more than 9.6 million poor people have been freed from their plight through relocation. .

During the “Thirteenth Five Year Plan” period, more than 10 million poor people across the country will lift themselves out of poverty every year, and progress in poverty alleviation is in line with expectations. By the end of 2019, the incidence of poverty had dropped to 0.6%. Currently, the state is conducting roster monitoring in 52 poor uncapped counties and 1,113 poor villages, purposefully concentrating and gnawing on the last hard bones.
