To adapt to the trend of industrial modernization and new green consumption needs, the meeting approved the “New Energy Automotive Industry Development Plan”, which clearly gives full play to the decisive role of the market in resource allocation, strengthening the dominant position of companies in the selection of technological routes and giving a better game to governments. The role of formulating rules and regulations, quality and safety supervision, etc. Guide the orderly development of the new energy automotive industry, promote the establishment of a unified national market, and enhance industrial concentration and market competitiveness. To this end, we must first increase key technology research and encourage the development and innovation of vehicle operating systems and power batteries. Support the deep integration of new energy vehicles with energy, transportation, information and communication industries, promote the integrated and coordinated development of electrification, interconnection and smart technologies, and promote standard docking and data sharing. In order to increase support for the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and promote a higher level of openness to the outside world, the meeting decided that from October 1 this year to October 31 December 2023, a certain amount will be allocated to the development of the international shipping insurance business in the Nansha Free Trade Area. Tax incentives; As of October 1 this year, the departure port tax refund policy for goods carried by water will be implemented with 37 ports in 9 cities in the Pearl River Delta as ports of departure and the port area of Nansha Free Trade Area and Qianhai Free Trade Port Area as ports of departure.
