It is reported that 109 trains will be organized daily at Jiangmen Station during the initial period of operation. Passengers can take trains from Jiangmen Station to Guangzhou South, Foshan West, Kaiping South, Taishan, Enping, Yangjiang, Maoming, Zhanjiang West, Shenzhen North, Shantou, Changsha South and so on. Jiangmen Station reportedly has the characteristics of “station and city integration, three-dimensional transportation, novel design and distinctive characteristics.” “Station-city integration” means that Jiangmen station is located in the main urban area of Jiangmen, and is integrated and developed with the new central city and the railway transit industrial park; “Three-dimensional transportation” means the integration of high-speed, intercity trains, urban rail transit, expressways, passenger transportation, and public transportation. As for the station’s internal facilities, Jiangmen Station has established a manual ticket office, 5 automatic ticket sales areas, and a total of 24 automatic ticket vending machines. Passengers can use the Second Generation Resident Identification Card and the Hong Kong and Macau Pass to quickly swipe through.
