Yu Aihua, a member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, delivered a speech at the meeting.
In his speech, Yu Aihua said that this meeting is a concrete action to study in depth and implement the spirit of the important instructions of Secretary-General Xi Jinping’s speech. It is a collective planning meeting for the “XIV Five-Year Plan” plan, a work experience exchange meeting and an office meeting on site to promote cooperation matters. Over the past eight years, the four cities have developed a series of cooperative outcomes ranging from the interaction of “beckoning” to “joining hands” and then “holding hands.”
Yu Aihua said that entering a new stage of development, the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River has made great achievements and achievements in the “great cycle”, “great innovation”, “great protection” and “great step”. Hefei will take on the obligation to “connect the left and right”, make good use of the advantages of “the source of the left and right”, and will stand up to the help of the “neighbors”, will do everything possible to do the “leadership” and will actively cooperate with the “cooperation”, and will seriously and punctually. Promote the coordinated development of urban agglomerations in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River and urban agglomerations in the Yangtze River Delta, and comprehensively shape new advantages in innovation-driven development.

The four provincial capitals jointly signed the “Key Elements for Cooperation in the Construction of the Yangtze River City Group Middle Tracks in 2021” and signed the “Yangtze River Middle Tracks Group of Provincial Capital Cities and Observer Cities” with 12 observer cities Cooperation priorities in 2021. “Hefei will take the lead in promoting innovation of the transformation model of scientific and technological achievements, building a collaborative financial + technology innovation platform, coupling authentication standards of digital identity and the interaction of cultural tourism.

On the afternoon of December 10, Yu Aihua led a delegation from Hefei to inspect Nanchang Zhaochi Semiconductor, the exhibition hall of the Aviation City Scientific and Technological Innovation Center, Aviation City and Industry Base reality program to learn about the development of Nanchang virtual reality, aviation and electronic information industries.
