Former Formula 1 driver Stirling Moss passed away on Sunday. The Briton was ninety years old.
Moss had been ill for a long time. Due to his fragile health, he has not appeared in public since 2018.
Moss drove in Formula 1 between 1951 and 1961. He finished second in the World Cup four times in a row and is often considered the best driver to ever become world champion.
In addition to Formula 1, Mss drove in countless other racing classes and won 212 of the 529 races in which he participated. He had to end his career in 1962, when he was in a coma for a month after a major accident on the British Goodwood track. As a result of the accident, he was partially paralyzed for six months.

Moss dies in front of his wife
Moss died on Easter Sunday at his London home, with his wife Susie at his side. She took care of him daily in the last years of his life.
