Second, measures such as restriction of production and reduction of production were not implemented in accordance with the emergency response requirements due to highly polluted weather conditions. According to the relevant requirements, Hebei Tianzhu Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. and Hebei Xinwu’an Iron and Steel Group Xinhui Metallurgical Co., Ltd. had no more than 26 converters per day during the orange warning period, but The supervision and assistance working group related to the transfer of historical operations of the converter. Fourth, the pollution prevention facilities have not been installed or operated abnormally. During the production process of the drying oven in Shanxi Tongbang Technology Development Co., Ltd.’s third workshop, the supporting waste gas treatment facilities were not in normal operation, and the smoke from the workshop was discharged in a disorganized manner. Fifth, there is an outdoor burning problem in some places.
