Confirmed case 1. A 52-year-old man, a Russian national, took Air China flight CA590 from Moscow to Beijing Capital Airport on December 10. On December 18, the nucleic acid test was positive at the isolation site and on December 19, he was transferred from a negative pressure 120 ambulance to Ditan Hospital. Based on the results of the epidemiological history, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and imaging tests, the diagnosis was confirmed as a confirmed case of new coronary pneumonia, and the clinical classification was ordinary. The patient has been quarantined and observed after arriving in Beijing, and there are no close contacts.
Confirmed Case 2, a 36-year-old man from Heilongjiang took Air China flight CA946 from Pakistan to Beijing Capital Airport on December 18. Customs conducted health examinations and nucleic acid tests, and he was sent to the centralized isolation hotel after a closed-loop management. On December 19, customs reported that the result of the nucleic acid test was positive and he was transferred to Ditan Hospital in a negative pressure 120 ambulance. Based on the results of the epidemiological history, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and Imaging examinations confirmed the diagnosis as a confirmed case of new coronary pneumonia and the clinical classification was mild. It has implemented centralized quarantine medical observation measures for 39 close contacts on the same flight and in the same vehicle, and there are no abnormal reports so far.
At present, the relevant departments in Beijing have disinfected the centralized isolation hotel where the aforementioned confirmed cases live.
Liu Xiaofeng said that the current overseas new corona epidemic continues to spread, and there are locally related cases caused by imported confirmed cases in Beijing.
