Xiamen University Centennial Celebration Pass Vehicles, New Energy License Plate Cars, Taxis (Excluding Rental Cars, Online Car Rentals), Wreck Trucks, Funeral Vehicles, Express Postal Vehicles, and Special Vehicles (in reference to police cars, fire trucks, ambulance engineering rescue vehicles) are not restricted by single or double numbers.
2. From 9:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on April 6, 2021
Daxuelu (Yanwu intersection to South Huandao intersection) runs in a west to east direction
Qunxian Road (Yanwu intersection to Boxue intersection) on the Xiamen University campus runs in a west-east direction;
Furong Road (Boxue Intersection to Baicheng Intersection) one-way traffic from west to east;
Furong Road (Baicheng intersection to Danan intersection) runs in a south to north direction.
3. April 6, 2021
Tour buses are prohibited from entering the section from the Yanwu West intersection of Siming South Road in the Siming District to the south campus of Xiamen University. Vehicles that must get on and off can be temporarily parked on both sides of the road below the Yanwu junction at Chenggong Avenue. Other motor vehicles on this section of the road still comply with the “Xiamen Municipal Public Safety Transportation Administration Notice on the Adoption of Motor Vehicle Traffic Restrictions on the Siming South Road, Siming South Road Section, Siming District, Xiamen University, South Campus, Xiamen University “(Xiamen Bus Guantong (2016)) No. 24) restrict entry.
Note: For violations of traffic restrictions, the traffic management department of the public security body will impose penalties in accordance with laws and regulations, such as the Road Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China and various provisions on road safety in Xiamen Special Economic Zone.
