1. 2. On-site investigation, victim injury diagnosis and body examination
The center site is located in the middle of the Linyu intersection of Quyuan Street and the Tongzipo intersection, with the factory area on the east side and the logistics park on the west side. There is a white van parked on the paved road at the center site, front to the south and rear to the north, with dual flashing lights, and the front and passenger doors and windows are intact. There is a pool of blood on the side of the road on the west side of the rear of the vehicle (the passenger side). There are two linear bloodstains on the north side of the blood pool, and the direction is south. There are no obvious brake marks or other abnormalities on the ground.
The front of the van is the main and passenger cabin, and the rear is the cargo area. No signs of fighting were found in the car. The cabin height is 136 cm, the passenger cabin floor is 72 cm from the bottom edge of the window frame, and the passenger cabin window is 35 cm wide, 64 cm wide and 45 cm High.
According to the hospital’s diagnostic report of February 6, the injured person presented with right frontotemporal subdural hematoma, left temporal occipital mixed hematoma, extensive subarachnoid hemorrhage, right frontal lobe contusion, cerebral edema and brainstem. 3. Video investigation and investigation of the experiment situation The task force carried out a full video investigation along the route of the vehicle involved prior to the incident and recovered the video data from 368 surveillance probes, restoring the operating process of the vehicle involved in the case. after receiving the order on the afternoon of February 6, and no abnormalities were found in the driving path such as a large turn of the vehicle or frequent lane changes. At the same time, the task force looked at the video again and found that when the vehicle involved was driving, the window glass in the passenger compartment was ajar and the situation in the car could not be clearly seen.
In response to the yaw problem, according to the confession of criminal suspect Zhou Mouchun, the task force found that the total mileage of the Huolala app navigation route is 11 kilometers, 15 traffic lights, and the driving time is approximately 21 minutes; The total mileage of the yaw route is 11.5 kilometers, 11 traffic lights, it can save about 4 minutes.

As there was no audio and video monitoring equipment installed in the vehicle involved, there was no video surveillance on the side of the passenger compartment of the vehicle involved near the scene, and it was difficult to investigate and collect evidence with few people and vehicles that night. At 3:00 p.m. on February 6, Zhou Mouchun received a moving order from Che Mou through the Huolala mobile app platform, from the Tianyi Meiting community in Yuelu district to the BBK Meixi Lake International Apartment.
