In the event that executor Weng Jie and you (unit) infringe the design patent right, the civil judgment of the Guangzhou Intellectual Property Court (2020) Yue 73 Min Chu 1682 has been legally enforced. Since you (unit) have not fulfilled the obligations specified in the aforementioned legal documents, in accordance with the request of the person requesting the execution, this court decided to present a case for execution. In accordance with the provisions of Article 240 of the Civil Procedure Law of the People’s Republic of China, you (unit) are ordered to fulfill the following obligations immediately upon receipt of this notice:

The content of the property report order is:
This court accepted Weng Jie’s request to enforce his (unit) infringement of design patent rights. If you (unit) cannot comply with the obligations determined by the current legal document in accordance with the notice of execution, the second article 141 and the provisions of article 31, article 32 and article 33 of the “Interpretation of the Supreme Court of the People on various issues relating to the application of the enforcement procedure of the Civil Procedure Law of the People’s Republic of China “will be derived from this Within five days from the date of delivery of the order, truthfully inform this court the current one and one year before receipt of the order. During the enforcement process, if the status of the property changes, a supplemental report will be submitted to this court within five days of the date of the change of ownership.
