In 2020, CPPCC members, various party groups, and special committees submitted a total of 699 proposals, 538 cases were archived, and 161 cases were converted into rulings, with a rate of cases filed of 76%. Among the proposals submitted, 99 were collective proposals and 439 were submitted by committee members. According to the “Guangzhou Municipal Measures for the Management of CPPCC Proposals”, all initiation proposals have been delivered to the relevant undertakers and the completion rate is 100%. Among them, 408 cases that have been resolved or suggested for adoption are included in the 111 cases scheduled to be resolved gradually, and 19 cases are reserved for reference due to conditional restrictions or other reasons.
