The “old reform” headquarters held several coordination meetings, and staff, designers, and resident representatives repeatedly studied the design plan, communicating with residents who had opinions and understood needs. Finally, after integrating the design concept and resident input, the designs for the five parks were adjusted.

“The real designers of this ‘old reform’ are ordinary people.” The relevant person in charge of the former Xiyuan district reform headquarters in Liushui said that no matter which resident submits reasonable opinions through normal channels, the “old reform” headquarters will seriously consider, ranging from renovation from pipelines to the installation of vegetation.
