The “Notice” establishes that when any unit or individual (hereinafter, the “user”) purchases liquefied gas, they must present the gas purchase certificate issued by the liquefied gas supplier and the identification of the actual gas purchaser, and the Gas supplier must register actual gas purchaser. Name and identification number. If a user does not provide valid identification when purchasing gas, the gas supply company will not sell gas. For users selling gas by door-to-door delivery, the gas supply company must verify the valid identification of the gas cylinder recipient and record the name and identification number of the recipient of the gas cylinder when delivering the door. Each LPG supply company will use information technology to record user gas purchase information.
