Meeting in western Zhejiang, linking four provinces with Qujiang across the country: four ports linking the “river and sea” – Xinhuanet

What does it mean to spread out in all directions? The Qujiang River is naturally accessible by waterways. Today, this accessible place is writing new stories.

On the morning of December 18, with a long whistle, a container ship slowly departed from the Daluzhang operations area of Qujiang Port on the upper reaches of the Qiantang River. So far, the province’s inland river container flow has exceeded the 100 mark of ten thousand standard boxes. At the same time, this is also the maiden voyage of the container business in Quzhou port.

The people of Qujiang are not satisfied with this. They are determined to give the word “Qujiang” a richer connotation. For the “XIV Five-Year Plan”, the Quzhou Municipal Party Committee and the municipal government have drawn up a plan to accelerate the construction of the four provincial border cities of Zhejiang, Anhui, Fujian and Jiangxi. It is an important decision to optimize urban space and industrial design with the “three big cities” of Smart New City, Smart Building New City and Airport New City. As the main battlefield of the “new airport city”, Qujiang anchors the new coordinates of the “central border port of four provinces”. It is necessary to “integrate the four ports” of airport, water, land and information and to develop multimodal transport.

“Transportation and logistics used to be the shortcomings of Quzhou’s development.” Xu Jianan, director of the Quzhou District Transportation Office, analyzed that in the past, 90% of Quzhou’s freight transportation was by road, and the total logistics cost in the region accounted for 18.1% of GDP, which is higher than that of the province. , The national average. But at the same time, Quzhou has the geographical advantage of the “four provinces”, roads, waterways, airports and railways are available, and has the conditions and the basis for the development of multimodal transport. Among them, the rapid construction of Quzhou’s “four ports in one” is undoubtedly the key place for the development of multimodal transport in Quzhou.

To solve the problem, Qujiang took the initiative in the construction of the water port; The construction of the Daluzhang operation area in the Qujiang port district took only one year, from the start of construction to the opening of the port test. Currently, the 13,000-ton berths of the first phase of the project have been put into operation, with all-time allocation operations, and the total loading and unloading capacity exceeds 600,000 tons. At the same time, the second phase of the project is scheduled to start next year and the annual transport capacity will exceed 7 million tonnes upon completion. By then, the Qujiang port area will have obvious advantages in the interior, goods supply and management compared to the surrounding water ports.

At the inaugural trip ceremony of the container business held on the 18th, Qujiang specially invited nearly a hundred cargo customers within and outside the province to promote the on-site container sea-river combined transportation business. Many of these merchants came from Shangrao in Jiangxi, Huangshan in Anhui, and Nanping in Fujian.

The people of Qujiang now have a bigger aviation dream: this year, the relocation of Quzhou airport to Quzhou was approved. On the morning of December 16, Quzhou Airlines Co., Ltd. was inaugurated. On the same day, the aircraft newly purchased by the company also flew from Chongqing to Quzhou.

According to reports, in the past five years, the number of Quzhou civil aviation air routes has increased from 3 to 16, and the number of destination cities has increased from 3 to 15, and the number of passengers has increased by 83.1%. With the acceleration of the planning of the new airport, Qujiang will take over the overflow of the province’s saturated airports and share the flow of passengers and cargo.

Along with the airport, the land port collection and distribution network is gradually being formed in Qujiang. The daily flow of passengers at the Quzhou high-speed train station has increased from 6,931 five years ago to 10,567. In September this year, the Quzhou-Nanjing Railway was completed and opened to traffic; After the completion of the Hangzhou-Quzhou high-speed railway, it will only take 41 minutes from Quzhou to Hangzhou at most. To realize the effects of combined iron-water and air-rail transportation, Qujiang is stepping up its planning and construction of transportation infrastructure, such as special airport roads, dedicated rail freight lines, Quli Railway, 351 National Highway, Hangqu -Lishan-Sea Coordination Channel.

The potential for the distribution of goods by land and water has also attracted giants of the digital economy to settle in Quzhou, helping Quzhou to build an information port. It is understood that Wuhan-based Zall Group plans to invest 18 billion yuan to build an unmanned digital port in Qujiang. As one of the flagship projects of the Yiyongzhou Open Canal West Extension Action Plan, the Zall East China (Quzhou) Digital Economy Demonstration Zone project will accelerate the smart, high-level and high-level construction of the Park. Quzhou Integrated Logistics.

Gathering west of Zhejiang, connecting four provinces and connecting the whole country … Waiting for the “XIV Five-Year Plan”, Qujiang is accelerating the transformation of location advantages and transportation advantages into center advantages and industrial advantages, and strives for achieving “zero transfer” and freight forwarding in the “Zero Replacement” region, using more convenient, cheaper and more diversified logistics services cluster elements to accelerate the formation of a core economy of business clusters and industrial integration.
