Civil Aviation Administration: The passenger load factor of incoming flights with a higher risk of imported epidemics is not allowed to exceed 75% -Xinhua
In order to effectively prevent and control the epidemic situation abroad under the grave situation, the Civil Aviation Administration recently issued a notice to further implement strict management of international passenger flights with increased import risks. Among them, the three types of international inbound passenger flights with a high risk of imported epidemics will take control measures with a passenger load factor not higher than 75%.
The Civil Aviation Administration affirmed that since August the situation of pneumonia in the new crown abroad has been serious. With the increase in the number of international passenger flights, the number of cases imported by air has increased. In order to further improve the prevention and control of the epidemic, strict “external defense entry” measures and flight incentive measures will continue to be applied in accordance with the requirements.
The Civil Aviation Administration requires strict management measures for the following three types of international inbound passenger flights with high risk of imported epidemics. The passenger load factor will be controlled to a maximum of 75%. The first category conforms to the latest version of the “Technical guidelines for the prevention and control of transport airlines” International flights are classified as high-risk flights according to the standard risk classification score of prevention of international flight epidemics; the second category is the same flight from a single airline on the same route, and the number of passengers whose nucleic acid test results are positive after the entry has reached 5 flights for 3 consecutive weeks (a single flight is The data released by the Health Commission will prevail for 7 consecutive days after entering the country), the third category is for flights that resume operations after the implementation of “fuse” for imported cases that exceed the standard.
For flights of the second and third type of routes mentioned above, the Civil Aviation Administration has stipulated that the number of passengers whose nucleic acid test results are positive after entry be zero for 3 consecutive weeks, the limit of the factor 75% passenger load can be canceled and award can be claimed in accordance with procedures.
The Civil Aviation Administration requires airlines to continue to strictly implement epidemic prevention and control measures, do a good job of temperature testing and passenger health examinations, reserve emergency isolation areas, and do a good job of checking passenger health codes and nucleic acid test certificates.
So far, the Civil Aviation Administration has implemented 31 flight circuit breakers and canceled 52 incoming flights.
