There are countries where, for various situations (oil prices, smog), people have chosen to group and select motorists according to their license plates. “Even numbers are allowed at one time, odd numbers are allowed at the other,” something like that. In that case, could we not also consider that measure, based on the region?
Suppose a cafeteria can reopen. Thursdays only local guests, or only for the Noord district. In high schools, could you temporarily rearrange the classes so that only / mainly people from the same region are in the same class? It depends on the region, the type of company and many other (local) factors, of course. But maybe it could work in some situations, then it just adds, right?
