In accordance with the requirements of the International Hockey Federation, starting with the Beijing Winter Olympics, the 30X60m ice rink used in the previous Winter Olympics was changed to 26X60m to increase intensity and enjoyment of the game hockey. According to reports, the Wukesong Gymnasium Winter Olympics Reconstruction Project will be based on the principles of ecological, shared, frugal and technological transformation and upgrade. The concept and materials allow the place to achieve a qualitative leap in terms of energy conservation and reduction of consumption, comprehensive and efficient use, and improvement of the competition’s viewing environment.
