The most significant outcome of the meeting was to clearly expose Xi Jinping’s thinking on the rule of law and consider it as the guiding ideology of the comprehensive rule of law in the new era, which has great political, theoretical and practical importance in the process of construction of the socialist rule of law in China. It is necessary to seize the “Constitution Publicity Week” as an opportunity to combine the study and publicity of Xi Jinping’s thoughts on the rule of law with publicity of the law, carry out learning and education, strengthen publicity and interpretation and pay close attention to implementation.
