This Saturday the Electoral Boards publish the lists of the replacement members for the polling stations for the national plebiscite on October 25 on the possibility of drafting a new constitution.

This payroll is published on the Servel page.

On October 3, the Electoral Service (Servel) released the official list of citizens summoned to exercise the work of board member and members of the scrutineering college.

Three business days after the list was delivered, that is to say last Wednesday the 7th, the period for submitting excuses ended.

In ten more days the Servel must publish in the national media the facsimile of the voting cards.

On October 22, the dissemination of all kinds of electoral propaganda should be terminated.

At 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 24, that is, in two more weeks, the nominated members must be in the assigned place to receive the corresponding training.

It should be noted that the Directive Council of the Electoral Service published on September 2 in the Official Gazette norms and instructions for the development of the 2020 National Plebiscite, which indicates that The hours of operation of the polling stations were extended from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with the members of the polling station having to appear at 7:30 a.m. on October 25 to install the polling stations.

In order to make it easier for the persons designated as members to carry out the work, employers must grant the necessary permits, without deduction of wages. If an employer prevents the voter from carrying out his function as a member, he can be denounced at any of the offices of the Labor Inspection and before the Local Police Judge of the commune where the event occurred.

People who appear on the final list are prevented from making excuses and those who do not attend to serve as a member are exposed to fines between 2 and 8 UTM.
