An event producer sued Francisco Kaminski, stating that the well-known television host owes him 80 million pesos. The animator gave his version to BioBioChile, slipping that it was all a misunderstanding, that he will respond and that he managed to reach an agreement.
The issue was addressed this Wednesday by the morning Welcome, where Mario Jorquera, a producer who works in the San Fernando sector, affirms that he invested 100 million pesos in events that he and Kaminski carried out in September 2019.
However, Jorquera denounces that of the total amount, he only received 20 million of the investment, adding that Kaminski has not responded for the rest of the amount that he owes, asserting that he gave him checks with no funds to pay the debt.
“When we first got to know each other, it was the idea of doing one thing together. I am a producer of events, technical production, we have the infrastructure for massive events and they do the work of artistic production. The idea was to empower ourselves and do things together, “said the complainant on the Channel 13 program.

According to his version, the first event was scheduled for the 2019 National Holidays, when the Kaminski producer was present at two inns, one in La Florida and the second in Los Andes.
The producer asserts that together with the television host they planned a year of events. “We started in September, we did things in October and November, we finished in February. But to begin with, there was this event, which was in September, where I had to support in terms of capital to be able to carry out these events, ”he said.
“I inject capital into Francisco’s production company … These events are carried out, carried out and once these payments are due, that is when the problems begin,” he said.
In his story, Jorquera explains that Kaminski did not make the full refund, but begins to pay amounts. “As you start to excuse what is happening and tell me: ‘Don’t worry, all I’m asking for is time,'” he said, adding that even the communicator gave bad checks to his partner.
“He gives me 8 checks. He owed me 80 million pesos. The rest had been paid. All checks go bad for lack of funds. There I had no choice but to contact my lawyer and file the lawsuits that are currently in question, “said the producer.
For his part, Jorquera’s lawyer, Rodrigo Guerrero, mentioned: “Mr. Kaminski states that he does not know my client and has no major interference in this company is very striking.”
“But the very logical question is, well, if he is not the representative and has nothing to do with the company, why does he walk around with a check book from that company, delivering checks and signing them?”
In the television space it was recorded that Kaminski was sued for fraudulent draft of checks. According to the lawyer, the communicator also owed money to three other people. “He maintains three criminal complaints for fraudulent draft of checks against him,” he said.
In conversation with BioBioChile, Kaminski announced that “We have already reached an agreement with Mario, the plaintiff, so fine. Things are not as they say ”.
He explained that, according to his version, “there is no scam. There is no loan. There is commercial participation in different events (…) In spite of everything, I will respond and we are OK“.
Although until the closing of this edition he did not answer whether he actually owed 80 million pesos, he maintained that he invited Mario as a “business partner to invest in some events. Some with risk and others without risk ”.
“They were late in payments. And that delayed and even generated fines, (which) made my commitments with him difficult ”. Hill.
