The Finance Minister added that relevant market players should also self-regulate to protect it “because that is the habitat where entrepreneurship flourish.
Therefore, he argued that there should always be “Drastic penalties for those who deviate”, in order not to affect the trust of citizens and provoke feelings of inequality before the law.
