The resolution was adopted with the vote of the deputies María José Hoffmann and Karin Luck; and the deputies Bernardo Berger, Javier Macaya, Patricio Melero, José Pérez Arriagada and Pablo Prieto. The instance also sanctioned the deputy Pedro Velasquez, who was the protagonist of an incident with a service center official, last June. The fine to be paid by the independent parliamentarian is 3% of his allowance, that is, about $ 210,000.

RESOLVED:
1. Apply to the deputy Mr. Giorgio Jackson, for his statements regarding the donation of part of his parliamentary diet, the disciplinary measure of calling to order, in attention to having failed the parliamentary ethical duty indicated in article 346 N ° 3, letter a) of the Corporation Regulations.
2. Apply, in compliance with the provisions of article 348 of the Regulation, the attached penalty of 2% of the monthly allowance.
3. In accordance with article 358 of the Regulations, only the appeal for reversal will proceed against this resolution, provided that new information is included that allows reviewing the adopted resolution. Said appeal must be filed within five business days from the notification of this resolution.
