The owner of the premises, Rosalía Arellano, he noticed what had happened through the security cameras, after which he decided to file the complaint with the Carabineros.
In this regard, the Constitutional Prosecutor, Alexie Crisóstomo, stated that “the complaint against Mrs. Obrador was accepted and immediately, both the prosecutor on duty and the local Constitution Prosecutor’s Office, ordered various proceedings in order to prove these facts ”.
“He subtracted the sum of $ 280 thousand from inside the business premises, money belonging to the owner of the premises and corresponds to the crime of simple theft,” explained the persecutor.
Prosecutor Crisóstomo indicated that the defense tried unsuccessfully to reach a reparation agreement with the victim.
