What does it consist of?
The general lines of the Government project are a withdrawal of between 35 and 100 development units that will be initially obtained from voluntary savings funds and, if this amount is not reached, mandatory savings.
Furthermore, it is established that they will not be able to withdraw money who in the previous month have registered a contribution for remuneration over 100 UF nor the officials of article 38 bis of the Constitution (political authorities such as the President, parliamentarians and governors).
The delivery of the money would be made in two installments, first of 50% of the amount to 60 business days and the second of the rest to 10 days after the first. Additionally, the duty of reimbursement is established through an additional contribution.
