RESOLVED:
1. 2. Apply, in compliance with the provisions of article 348 of the Regulation, the attached penalty of 2% of the monthly allowance.
3. In accordance with article 358 of the Regulations, only the appeal for reversal will proceed against this resolution, provided that new information is included that allows reviewing the adopted resolution.
