This Toyota RAV4 looks like a Lamborghini Urus, but it costs $ 146 million less

Can a Toyota RAV4 resemble Lamborghini Urus in more than just wheels? The answer would have been not until a week ago, but things turned around a few days ago. It is that in Japan, the expert company in tuning Albermo presented the XR51 kit for the popular RAV4 (see Test Drive), an intervention that changes the front of the familiar to leave it as a real Lamborghini Urus.

The main package, which precisely modifies the front bumper, has a cost of 138 thousand yen, that is, $ 1,080,000 in our currency. Thus, whoever at least wants this basic pack may have an imitation of the Urus, although with a lower appraisal of at least $ 146 million compared to the Italian SUV. For another $ 63 thousand Albermo adds LED lights on the lower part of the bumper.

But the front is not the only point that takes inspiration from the Lamborghini, since if the customer wants it, you can also intervene in the rear look with a spoiler that springs from the roof and a lower bumper, like that of the Urus. That adds another $ 610 thousand to the promotion. Albermo also offers this special treatment for owners of the new Toyota Raize, the compact SUV produced by Daihatsu.

Just to mention, the Lamborghini Urus shares an engine with versions of the Porsche Cayenne, the Bentley Continental and the fastback Porsche Panamera. It is a 4.0-liter turbocharged V8 block that develops 640 horses, that is, more than 420 Hp in relation to the most radical RAV4, whose engine develops 219 horses. In addition, it starts its values ​​at $ 176 million.
