John Ratzenberger throws his fictitious postman hat in the ring to save the US Post Office, and maybe you did not know this, but … Cliff has a plan to do it !!!
Ratzenberger, who played famously knowledgeable mailman Cliff Calvin on “Cheers,” made his appeal to Cameo after someone fired him to plead for the embattled USPS.
Look at it … Ratzenberger apparently refers to the current battle between President Trump and the Post Office on funding. Not only is Ratzenberger aware of all this … he also has a plan on how the USPS can get a huge boost right now.
Hint: Think Christmas in August!
As we reported … the USPS has not only been mysterious remove from mailboxes across the country, Postmaster General Louis DeJoy – a longtime Trump ally – has also bizarrely ordered the removal of e-mail machines and sorted overtime for postal workers.
The immediate fear is that postal workers will not be able to meet the demand for post-election ballots. Not if Cliffie’s has anything to say about it.
