Chase customers report hacked accounts

Currently #ChaseBank is trending because users are reporting missing / added funds to their accounts, with some app outages.

The New York Police Department has issued some advice to clients about a possible phishing scam. New York Police said Chase was experiencing technical difficulties.

As of early Sunday, Chase had not released a statement.
Some Chase customers said the problem appears to have been resolved.

@Chase, thanks for working quickly to correct our accounts. I also hope that everyone knows that affected customers should be given an explanation of how this happened and what actions #ChaseBank will take to prevent this from happening in the future.

@ChaseSupport Hello, I just checked my savings balance and it should be like $ 600 but it says $ 124. I in no way spent like $ 500 in a day and NOTHING hit my account according to the transaction log. Sample $ 124 in present and available. I had $ 600 yesterday. Why?

@Chase what’s going on with the errors on so many accounts? What is the schedule to correct it? It would have been nice to receive an email / text message on the matter! Or a social media post from you before the account contains #ChaseBank #CustomerService
