The NFL has removed Seattle Seahawks cornerback Quinton Dunbar from the list of released commissioners, and clears him to be on the team with full capacity, SeattlePI sources said Saturday. The move was expected at one point with Broward County, Florida prosecutors, who on Friday dismissed all armed prosecutors against Dunbar because of insufficient evidence. The cornerback was able to join the team on Sunday, a league source said.
