It’s a good old Caturday Catfight!
“Tiger King” star Carole Baskin was furious when she received a load of video from Cardi B. and Megan Thee Stallion for their amazing new rap, “WAP.”
In the video, Cardi and Megan wander through a house, where luxurious rooms are occupied by beautiful women and big cats. Cardi throws a verse into a room with leopard print, complete with an actual leopard, while Megan takes the focal lead in a bathroom with white tigers. Other animals seen in the video include Bengal tigers and snakes.
Baskin told TMZ that the video sends a “terrible message” and is “harmful to big cats” because it glamorizes the animals as pets and makes “any ignorant follower want to imitate by doing the same.”
Even the cats are being added digitally, Baskin says, “placing wild animals on green screens and using them in productions is unnatural and confusing.”
Even worse, Baskin told the site “everything about the project points to producers working with one of the ‘big cat pimps’ like Doc Antle or Mario Tabraue.”
Baskin has accused the two of abusing their animals – claiming they both deny it.
