Carrion’s Nintendo Switch icon is … an option

You may not realize it, but some people really care about the Nintendo Switch icons. If a beloved game has a bad icon, there is often a community campaign to ensure the developer updates the icon.

It makes sense. No one wants to look at a giant and ugly work of art every time they start a game, especially for a game they especially like.

But there is an icon that can never and should never change, and it is the icon for Carrion. The body horror game inspired by The thing, released Thursday, has players controlling a giant tentacle monster as it rampages through a military base. This is what the icon looks like:
