Carnival Corporation has been compromised by a ransomware attack that occurred on August 15, which the company says “has access to part of a system of information technology systems and encrypted.”

It was not immediately clear how many guests and staff could potentially be affected. A spokesman for Carnival Corporation declined to comment to FOX Business on its ongoing investigation into the attack.
