After three volatile years of marriage, superstar rapper Cardi BA filed for divorce from her husband, rapper Seth Fassett on Tuesday, according to court records. The couple, who secretly got married in September 2017, had already gone through a well-known rough patch, which resulted in her announcing their break-up almost two years ago. In a December 2018 video on Instagram, she said, “We’ve got a lot of love for each other but things just haven’t worked out between us in a long time,” she has about 75.5 million followers. “That’s it. I believe we just grew up with love, but now we’re not together.”

But about a year later, the pair reconciled, and Cardi B, whose real name is Belcalis Marleneis Almanzar, told Vogue at the time that the split was due to her husband’s infidelity.

“We have come to a clear understanding. For me, monotony is the only way,” he said.

Cardi B’s 2-year-old daughter seeks custody of the culture and child support from .fasset, whose real name is Kiari Safes.

The hearing is scheduled for November, according to Fulton County Court in Georgia, the home state of Set Faset.

Despite the turmoil in his personal life, Cardi B has turned to success with his humble purpose in the Bronx of New York.

His 2017 hit film Bodak yellow Brought her fame, and the 2020 chart topper WAP Brought her controversy.
