Captain America Skill Trees Revealed for Marvel’s Avengers

The beta for Marvel’s Avengers currently gives players the chance to get acquainted with a handful of characters in the game, including Iron Man, Black Widow, Ms. Marvel and the Hulk. However, due to a glitch, some have also been able to play as Captain America. As a result, a number of new details have been revealed about Cap, including the character’s skill trees and costumes. Tony Bing Gaming on YouTube has compiled all the information that can be found in the video at the top of this page. As such, those who consider these things as spoilers should avoid the video.

The video shows that Captain America will have some pretty unique abilities in the game! At the mark of 4:27, Captain America can be seen doing some sort of driving movement to get to a ridge, which might as well be the character “Somersault Jump”. The video also sheds light on Cap’s skill trees. The hero has attacks such as “New York Knuckles” and “Brooklyn Brawler”, which in a big way pay homage to the roots of the character. Cap’s leadership role is also honored by the ability of “Rally Cry”, and his teammates are inspired to do heavier damage. Of course, the character’s abilities will also play a big role in the game. All these and more can be found in the video, as well as alternate skins that are available in the game.

All in all, Marvel’s Avengers seems to be shaping up to be an interesting recording of Earth’s Mightiest Heroes, with many references that fans of the comics and movies should have mastered. As the game drops new month, players will be able to choose from five Avengers outside of Captain America: Iron Man, Thor, Hulk, Black Widow and Ms. Marvel. However, at least two more will be added in the form of Hawkeye and Spider-Man. The latest hero will only appear in the PlayStation 4 version of the game, which has already caused controversy with those hoping to purchase the game on other platforms!

Marvel’s Avengers will release September 4 on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Microsoft Windows, and Google Stadiums. You can check out all of our previous coverage Marvel’s Avengers over here.
