Oth Keepers, who has ties to Roger Stone of New York and the far-right military, has been arrested by federal agents on charges of involvement in the Capitol riots in January, law enforcement officials with knowledge of the case told News Monday.

Roberto Minuta, 36, is expected to appear in federal court in White Plains the next day.

Mintuta, a tattoo artist, formerly of CNN. And on the morning of January 6, Stone was identified by others as providing security. He was arrested Saturday at a business in the Newburgh area.

Attorney’s information was not immediately available to him, nor were the specifics of the charges against him.

Law enforcement officials also identified another man Monday who is now facing charges in the Capitol riots case: Isaac Sturgeon, 32, of Dillon, Montana. Sturgeon was arrested Saturday at JFK Airport, returning from Kenya, officials said.

He claimed that he was seen on the barricades moving in body deco footage on police on the day of the riots and was facing a number of related counts, including physical violence and obstruction as well as civil unrest.

Sturgeon is expected to appear in Brooklyn federal court later Monday. Prosecutors plan to ask the judge to order a detention without a bond hearing. He is being represented by Federal Public Defender Ashley Burrell, who had no comment when contacted by News New York.


On January 16, 2021, the FBI posted a photograph # 104-AFO (“Attack on Federal Officials”) on its website, seeking public assistance in identifying individuals involved in the Capitol riots. Sturgeon is directly in the top row.

Eight days after the storm’s wanted suspects added a photo of him to the FBI’s webpage, Montana’s luncan business owner reportedly flew to Kenya on January 24. Court documents say he was arrested in April in U.S.C. He was due to return but was ordered deported by Kenyan authorities. That’s when he flew to New York on Saturday and was picked up by federal officials.

More than 300 people have been charged with federal crimes in connection with the Capitol riots, including members of extremist groups Pride groups and athletes. Federal agents are still investigating and a large number of more than a hundred suspects. Justice Department officials have said they may charge some with treason.

Five people were killed, including a Capitol police officer and a woman, who were shot dead by police.
