All of the supported cases are linked to Quebec City’s Bar Le Kirઆaque, the Quebec Capital Territory (CIUSS) Regional Public Health Department announced Tuesday.
Quebec is considering fines in the case, Quebec Health Minister Christian Dubey told a news conference on Tuesday.
“People have a responsibility. They know the rules very well. These people don’t just play by the rules,” said Minister Dubey.
The minister added, “We are talking about karaoke, where people think they know each other better because they are with friends, that they can relax, take off their masks, pass the microphone, sing with each other. Could come closer. ” “These are fun things, but we can’t do that anymore.”
The province of Quebec, for which Quebec City is the capital, has about half of all cases in the country, with a total of 62,614 cases, the website shows.
