Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Call of Duty: Warzone still have a problem with cheats, and developer Infinity Ward doesn’t tolerate it. The study has explained in a new Twitter post that it will ban even more players for tampering with the game. He also shared ways you can make sure you aren’t seen as a cheater and banned.
The full statement, which you can see above, explains that any ban is related to “unauthorized manipulation of game data” and that any third-party software used to modify or hack may result in a ban. Goals, texture tricks, and trainers are prohibited, and you should not attempt to modify any of the camouflage patterns you have obtained, nor should you attempt to alter your system memory to obtain new equipment.
Because he has to keep two games now instead of the usual one, Infinity Ward certainly has a lot of work to do. Modern Warfare’s standard multiplayer matches look nothing like Warzone’s huge battle royales, but your actions will probably catch up with you if you try to cheat on any of them.
It is already July, and Activision has not yet detailed what their Call of Duty 2020 game will be. It is rumored to be a Black Ops game set during the Cold War, and a list of Red Door seemed to confirm this.
