Activision has announced what’s to come to Call of Duty: Mobile this week, and includes a classic map, a new charity DLC offering, and more.
First, the Highrise map is heading into mobile gaming this week. If that name sounds familiar to you, it’s because Highrise originally appeared in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. The map is located on top of a skyscraper, and you should watch where you walk, as you can fall and die.
Also new to Call of Duty: Mobile this week is the latest Call of Duty Endowment bundle. The Freedom Pack, as it is called, comes with a number of red, white, and blue items, including a parachute and a wingsuit. It also includes a blueprint for the M16 weapon with a red, white, and blue color scheme. As usual, 100 percent of proceeds will go to the Call of Duty Foundation, which helps military veterans find new careers in their civilian lives.
Activision also reminded players that the current season of Radioactive Agent in Call of Duty: Mobile is coming to an end very soon. As such, now is your last chance to go through the Battle Pass to unlock all the extras. You can earn XP through the game’s standard multiplayer, as well as Battle Royale.
Call of Duty: Mobile is one of the most popular and lucrative mobile games on Earth. Recently, it was reported that the game got over $ 220 million from its microtransactions so far in 2020.
In addition to these updates for Call of Duty: Mobile, Activision is updating Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Warzone with a number of new modes and playlists this week – here’s a round-up of what’s new.
