The future owner of Botev (Plovdiv), Anton Zingarevich, has a plan to take 99% of the club’s shares.

This will be done in stages. For now, it will acquire 60% of the shares that are currently in the PFC Botev Association, which owns the club.

Zingarevich’s intention is to buy 39 percent of TC-NAME. Less than a month ago, a price officially appeared for this package of 3,900 nominative ordinary voting shares, with a par value of BGN 10, writes Plovdiv24.bg.

On December 2, bankrupt trustee Ani Milenkova announced a public auction in Sofia for the shares in question at an initial auction price of BGN 176,752, which represents 80 percent of the expert’s estimate.

The ray of hope for the Botavistas is related to this fact: the arrival of Anton Zingarevich. If the Russian wants to buy the package in question and therefore own 99 percent of the club’s shares, then it should be said that he really has more serious intentions.
