A 16-year-old from Ruse has COVID-19, the Regional Operations Headquarters announced.
The boy, along with his classmates, participated in a short class on the morning of September 15 and only in the afternoon did he feel bad and did a test, which gave a positive result for the coronavirus, reports BNT.

The school principal told BNT that the entire class is in quarantine and will switch to distance learning.
“Without a doubt we are the first school, which from day one turned out to have a positive sample of a sick student. Consequently, all the measures of the plan and the transition from the classroom to distance education from tomorrow morning will begin in full. A class has been sent home to quarantine the students, these 14 days, until the RHI issues an opinion, they will be studying at home at this time. The school also provides safety equipment for all teachers and students, “said Galina Bobeva.
He clarified that the child’s class teacher did not have to be quarantined, since yesterday he wore a mask during class with the students, and even after the test he gave a negative result for COVID-19.
