Hristo Stoichkov stayed out of the all-time dream team. This became clear after the authoritative publication France Football announced the names of the 11 best footballers, chosen after a vote of 140 journalists from around the world.
The media chose a 3-4-3 scheme, announcing the names of the best players in three blocks.
