Grigor Dimitrov will reappear on the court today in his Roland Garros third round match. Another challenge for the Bulgarian is called Roberto Carbayes Baena.
The match is the third on the court for “Simon Mathieu”, and if he can beat the Spaniard, Grisso will skip the third round on the red courts in Paris for the first time in his career.
So far, the two have not clashed. Carbayes Baena, who is below №101 in the world, reached the third round after a five-set victory over Denis Shapovalov, while Grigor managed much more easily and reached this stage after a clear victory against Andrei Martin.
The program on the field “Simon Mathieu” starts at 12:00. Kevin Anderson and Andrei Rublev will be the first to appear on the court. The second match will face Clara Burel and Zheng Shuai, after which it will be the Bulgarian’s turn with Baena.
This means that we expect Grigor’s game around 5pm Bulgarian time, if the weather is favorable and there are no new rains in Paris. The game will be broadcast live on Eurosport and BNT 3.
