Bulgarians in Western Europe vote en masse in parliamentary elections.

Dozens of our compatriots line up in front of some sections in Great Britain, Spain and Germany and in many other places, in front of others, hundreds.

The voting in the United States is also massive.

Here are some photos of polling stations abroad:

This photo is from Spain.

In all parts of Spain, turnout is very high, around 30% more than in previous elections. Officially, the Bulgarians who have settled in Spain are 124 thousand, their real number is probably higher, it is estimated at about 320 thousand.

This section is in an awkward location at the end of the Austrian capital, Vienna. However, this in no way prevented our compatriots from expressing a position on the government of the Homeland.

Bulgarians also went to the polls in Amsterdam.

There were also long lines in Brussels.

Even in front of our embassy in Lisbon, a long line of voters appeared:

In the German city of Regensburg, there was also a queue of people who wanted to vote.

In Germany, there is great concern among election organizers that ballots are likely to run out. Journalist Petar Punchev alerted about this on air from the Bulgarian Election Survey ON AIR TV.

“The expected more than 70,000 ballots may not be enough. There are 69 polling stations open. The number of Bulgarians in Germany is close to 400,000,” Punchev said.
