“To change the direction in which Bulgarian society is moving, we believe that there should be a new social contract, and it should be done through public debate. “We are ready to resign after taking responsibility and pointing out a path for Bulgaria to develop. We offer a public debate on how Bulgarian society should function. A new Constitution will outline the mechanisms by which the three powers: legislative, executive and I want to emphasize that what we have presented does not predetermine the Constitution, which will be voted on by the Supreme National Assembly, “added Dr. Daritkova.
