Vitosha Bistritsa’s team ends its participation in the Second League, Dsport.bg has learned. The players of the team were informed that the “Tigers” will not participate in the championship, as well as in the tournament for the Bulgarian Cup.
Vitosha will continue to develop its children’s and youth academy. The club’s benefactor Sergey Tashkov confirmed to Dsport.bg the information that the team has disbanded.
Kostadin Angelov said he left the club in the morning and the decision to disband the team is up to the owners.
Vitosha Bistritsa had to visit Chernomorets Balchik in the cup tournament match, and on Saturday she had to visit Neftohimik in Burgas.
A few days ago Vitosha lost to Lokomotiv Gorna Oryahovitsa with 0: 1 at home.
The second league has already started with one less team, after Dunav Ruse did not start participating. A few days ago, Lokomotiv Gorna Oryahovitsa also announced that it was in poor financial condition and the future was unclear.
