The Supreme Court of Cassation ruled that “the facts presented by Slavi Trifonov are true, verified in the course of preparing the report and proven in the course of the judicial process.”
The Supreme Court of Cassation ordered Valeri Simeonov to pay Slavi Trifonov all the costs of the case.
