A man was sentenced to two years and eight months in prison after a brutal deception with a young woman near Plovdiv. He raped his best friend’s niece, having taunted her and severely beaten her, he said.Trafficnews“.
The crime took place in the village of Hissar. The victim lived with his mother and grandmother. The woman was not married, did not work, but took care of her relatives and the home. They lived in a two-story house, the first of which was used by his uncle. The latter lived in Plovdiv, but often returned to the village with company to party.
So one Saturday the uncle and his best friend came to town. During the day they repaired the electrical installation of the building and in the afternoon they sat at a table. The uncle was rude to his niece the entire time, forcing her to serve him and the other man. The woman made salads, served them, served them drinks, and played music.
Already drunk in the last hours, the men moved into the house itself. They settled in the girl’s room. She continued to serve them, and at one point she announced that she was leaving. His uncle forbade him because he had obligations. Angered by her relative’s tone, she said that she would not obey and left. She went to a nearby store, but only 5 minutes later she was caught up with her uncle’s friend. He ordered her to return immediately. The girl came home.
At home, however, her uncle slapped her. He started yelling at him that he had to serve him and his friend. The woman cried and more beatings followed, this time fists to the face and body. The other man also joined in the beating. They beat her severely.
The victim was bleeding and torn. He tried to free himself from the clutches of men, but without success. They beat her for more than two hours.
At one point, the girl asked to go out to wash. His mouth and eyes were bleeding and his clothes were torn. Instead of going to the bathroom, he ran into town for help. It was already 9pm and all the stores were closed. In the distance he saw headlights and ran to the car. These were his acquaintances: a girl and a boy. She told him what had happened to her. His face was disfigured. However, instead of helping her, the couple abandoned her and left. The woman had nowhere to go and returned scared.
His uncle and his friend were already completely drunk. They were meek and calm. He said that now he wanted to go to bed to sleep because his wounds hurt.
His uncle and his friend dated. The first went to his room to go to bed and the second to his home in Plovdiv. However, less than an hour later, the uncle’s friend returned. He broke into the girl’s room and lay on top of her. Despite the resistance, the man grabbed her hands and brutally raped her. The woman passed out from pain and fear.
He woke up in the morning and the abuser was gone. The girl told her grandmother what happened and then filed a complaint with the police. She was also referred to forensic medicine, where injuries were found to her face and body, as well as traces of rape.
The rapist was located and arrested. He was prosecuted and appeared in court a few days ago. He fully admitted his guilt and was convicted in a single court hearing.
In addition to imprisonment, the man was sentenced to compensation for damages.
